POLICIES

Return Policy
Due to items being handmade, refunds are not available. Please note, forgetting to use a discount code is NOT a refund option. In case of cancellations after ordering, you will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee. If address change is needed after ordering, prior to shipping, new invoice reflecting address change will be sent. Returns accepted in special circumstances, but item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item in same condition as sent to be eligible for replacement, or shop credit. Rush My Order options are non-refundable. 

Turnaround Time Policy
TAT is currently 14-28 business days, 21-36 business days for customs, and 2-4 business days for RTS. TAT begins next business day on all orders. Once your item or items are dropped at post office, we are no longer responsible for them, but will assist in tracking if needed.

Refund Policy
Due to custom nature of items, refunds are not available.

Exchange Policy
Due to items being custom made, no exchanges will be made once material is cut.

Shipping Time Policy
Items will be shipped according to shipping you have chosen at check out. Once your item or items are dropped at post office, we are no longer responsible for them, but will assist in tracking if needed.
